25m Freistil ist eine Hommage an die Zeit, in der man sich noch Beattapes kaufte, um für den nächsten Freestyleabend mit seiner Crew gut ewappnet zu sein. Wie der Schwimmer beim Freistil seine Technik frei wählt und während der Strecke beliebig wechseln kann, hat auch Baronski bei jedem der 10 Tracks eine andere Methode angewandt, sich einen speziellen Modus Operandi überlegt und sich unterschiedliche Konzepte zur Zusammenstellung seiner Lieblingsgeräte ausgedacht. Dabei wurde ausschließlich von Vinyl und dem eigenen Schlagzeug gesampelt und auf Zoom Sampletrak St-224, Akai MPC 2000 XL & Akai MPC 2500 produziert.

25m Freestyle is a tribute to the time when you bought beattapes to be well prepared for the next freestyle evening with your crew.
Just as the swimmer can freely choose his technique and switch it during the freestyle, Baronski has adapted this approach for each of the ten tracks, coming up with a special modus operandi and showing different concepts for putting together his favourite equipment.
All sampled from vinyl or his own drum set. Produced on Zoom Sampletrak St-224, Akai MPC 2000 XL & Akai MPC 2500. Say whaat?
